Booking a bike rental is a straightforward process that typically involves the following steps
1. Choose Date & Locations
Determine the date & location for your bike rental. Consider factors such as your travel itinerary, pickup/drop-off locations (e.g., airport, city center), and duration of rental.
2. Check availability
Check the availability of the type of motorcycle you want according to the date and location you set. Ensure that the rental price, insurance, delivery and pick-up, and accessories are in accordance with your needs.
3. Book your Bike
Once you have found a bike rental option, proceed with making a reservation. Provide the necessary information, including your personal details, any ID you wish to leave behind as well as payment details such as a deposit and rental payment.

What documents do I need to rent a motorcycle?
We need your ID, a photo/screenshot of your flight details and hotel booking details.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes, we provide insurance options that you can choose from if you are worried about damage to the motorcycle you rent. We have 2 types of insurance, minor insurance and major insurance. Minor Insurance covers up to 3,000,000 rupiah for damage to the motorcycle and Major Insurance covers up to 80% damage and loss due to theft.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
You are required to pay a deposit that has been determined based on the type of motorcycle and rental duration. Don't worry, we will refund your deposit when you return the motorcycle in the condition it was in before.
Is my driver's license required?
An international driver's license/permit is required for the duration of your motorcycle rental.
What is your fuel policy?
We give you the bike with full fuel and then you have to return the bike with full fuel. If you forget to refuel before returning the dirty bike, there will be an additional charge as a penalty.
Can I request a refund if I return the motorcycle early?
We are unable to issue a refund if you return the motorcycle early, so please double check the rental date selection.
Minimum rental days
Our minimum days depend on the season and are subject to change. By renting a motorcycle for more than 3 days you will get free delivery and pickup with a maximum kilometer at 5km.
